Refund Policy

Unused credits

Credits that have not yet been used to deliver a response are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email support@babeoflilith.com from the address on the order.

Delivered responses

Once a credit has been used and the response has been written and delivered, the work is complete and the credit is non-refundable.

Expired credits

Credits expire on the timeline shown at purchase (typically 7–45 days). Expired credits are not refundable. We will, in good faith, consider one-time exceptions for unusual circumstances.

Memberships

Membership subscriptions, when active, may be cancelled at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; previously delivered responses and used credits remain non-refundable.

Duplicate or accidental charges

We refund duplicate or accidental purchases as quickly as Stripe allows. Reach out and we'll sort it.

Disputes

We prefer to resolve everything in writing. Before opening a payment dispute with your bank, please contact us first — it's almost always faster.
