Privacy Policy
What we collect
Your email address, payment metadata (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers), and the content of any matter you submit. Basic technical logs (timestamps, IP for fraud prevention) are kept briefly. Sign-in uses single-use email links, so we don't store passwords.
How we use it
To deliver responses to you, process payments, prevent abuse, and contact you about your account or significant service changes. We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising on this site.
Who sees your submissions
Only the practitioner and, where strictly necessary, a narrowly-scoped assistant bound to confidentiality. Submissions are never published.
Retention
Account and submission records are retained for as long as your account exists or as required for tax and legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support — submissions may be retained in archival form for up to 12 months after deletion of the account.
Processors we rely on
Stripe (payments), our cloud database and hosting provider (storage, authentication, email delivery). Each is bound by their own privacy terms.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under CCPA. Write to support to exercise them.
Children
The Private Line is for adults only. We do not knowingly accept data from anyone under 18.
