Open the private submission form, acknowledge the boundary, and write clearly. One focused question per credit — no chat thread, no back-and-forth. The more precise the matter, the more precise the reply.

Receive your response
A considered written reply lands in your private inbox inside the response window for the credit you used. Standard responses arrive within 24–48 hours; Priority within a tighter window. You'll see every response in your portal alongside the original matter.
